All those planning to attend one of the sessions must complete the attached registration form prior to the meeting date and bring it with you to the meeting in order to enter any of the meeting locations. In addition to bringing the completed form with you, please also RSVP to kmoscetti@yahoo.com indicating which date and meeting location you will be attending. There are some restrictions to the number of people allowed in some of the locations so this RSVP is necessary.
